Warranty Information

Sky-Skan, Inc. Limited Warranty

Products manufactured by Sky-Skan, Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years following purchase. Items subject to normal wear and tear, such as (but not limited to) film, lamps, fuses, bulbs, belts, rollers, batteries, tubes (including picture tubes), and tape heads are not covered under this warranty. Equipment failure due to vandalism, misuse, abuses, or acts of God are not covered under this warranty.

Products sold, but not manufactured, by Sky-Skan, Inc. are covered under applicable manufacturer warranties.

Turn-key media systems provided and installed by Sky-Skan, Inc. offer additional warranty coverage; contact Sky-Skan for details.

No other warranties are expressed or implied. Responsibility for consequential damages is excluded.

Dealer Warranties

Most dealer equipment has a one-year manufacturers warranty that covers any failures. Some dealer equipment, such as Barco video projectors, carries a two-year warranty. If you have a specific question regarding the warranty of a certain piece of equipment, you can call Customer Support at any time.

Extended Services

The Customer Support team also makes road calls when necessary. Call Sky-Skan for information regarding Service Contracts and pricing information on repair visits.

Before calling Customer Support for SPICE related issues, here are several things you can try to resolve the problem quickly and easily.

Returns

If you are having difficulty with equipment, please contact our Service Representative before shipping your product. Sky-Skan requires an RA number for equipment that is to be sent to Sky-Skan for any reason. You can also obtain an RA# number by filling out the form in the return area.
