SCINTILLATING VENUS-SIRIUS

Near the horizon, brilliant objects like Venus and Sirius often appear to flicker and sparkle with changing intensity and color as their light passes through Earth's turbulent atmosphere. Note—this effect requires a perforated metal projection dome through which a fiber optic strand may be poked. Before ordering, make sure that your dome can accept the strands and that you can safely install them.
