CEPHEID VARIABLE

Demonstrates intensity, color, and size changes of Cepheid variable stars, as well as pulsation periods. Two versions are available, one small with a fast pulsation period, the other large with a slower period. Use both to demonstrate the period/luminosity relationship of Cepheid variables, a key to calibration of the interstellar distance scale.
