The 23.5 meter Astro-Tec dome under construction. This is the largest planetarium dome in Europe.

Equipment racks driving a dual-stream SkyVision system and DigitalSky planetarium system (with all three streams blendable on the dome in real-time via the Sky-Skan AVS system), 6.1 digital surround sound, large format film projector control, live camera feed of inside and outside theater areas, dome tour lighting, LED cove lighting, and Sky-Skan interactive system. All systems controlled via SPICE Automation with all system functions accessible from touch screen located in the console area within the theater.

A picture of the finished theater showing Sky-Skan's interactive system built into the seat armrests.

A crowd favorite -- the disappearing dome -- as seen in an early test of the dome tour lighting system.

A few of the more than 16 million color combinations possible using Sky-Skan's LED cove lighting.
